The Hispanic American Leadership Organization raises awareness about Latino issues on campus, promotes Latino heritage, breaks down stereotypes, and serves the community through service and hosting events that are both educational and fun. Through events and meetings, HALO reaches out to the Latino community of the University of Missouri-Columbia and strives to achieve unity among people from all walks of life.
The Hispanic American Leadership Organization general body meets biweekly on Wednesdays at 7pm in Memorial Union- South 206.
